Because my products are personal care items, I do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
If there is an issue with your order, such as quality, damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item, please contact me withinΒ 7 days of delivery using my Contact page.
Each situation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and I will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, where appropriate.
